News of docx4j

I am trying to to put some html code in docx header, but it just appear as simple text.
1 - It is possible to renderize html code in header part?
2 - If does, how can I do it?

I read through pages of white papers online and can't find a straight answer as to how to create a tight wrapped anchored image. I have tried a few solutions that got me close to what I need but I cannot get a full solution. Here's the code that I currently have....

I try docx4j first with Maven, but it failed, then try to set it manually, in Eclipse 4.4, versions:

docx4J 3.2.2
log4j-1.2.17
slf4j-1.7.5
jaxb-ri-2.2.11
eclipselink-2.6.0.v20150309-bf26070

(All Jars copied to a dir and add it to the classpath of my project,
if you have a link for a detailed description, it would be great)

When tried to load test, a Docx4j based PDF conversion application, we observed that the application doesn't scale beyond 15 concurrent users. The scenario is that 20 concurrent requests to render a PDF from a Docx template by binding it to an XML bring down the application server with Max Heap Size set as 1024M. Hi, i'm creating a word document using doc4j with html altChunk and when i'm trying to get the XML:

wordMLPackage.getMainDocumentPart().getXML();

I get this simple xml output:

But before i was able to get the full XML containing the complete info inside my Word Document. Why is that? how i can get the full XML whit <w:p> <w:pr> ...
