I have a docx that I'm trying to convert to a pdf. The docx has a table (in this case, with 16 rows). The table only has one column. Each cell within the table has 6 lines of text within it. The table is large enough that when converted to PDF, it covers two pages.

I'm working on converting a .docx document to a .pdf document. The docx will have checkboxes (not necessarily controls) that I need to convert.

Currently I have a form that merges XML data to create a final form. The XML data determines whether a checkbox is checked or not. For my first try, I returned an 'X' or an 'O' to my binding. This has worked well.

Hi guys, I have a problem with the Path value from the attached document.
The document's CTShapetype has a path value of :
m,l@0,0@0,21600,21600,21600e.
I tried plotting manually the path value considering the adjusts and formulas. The plotted shape does represent the shape in the document.
The path value is wrong.

Is it a bug on MS Word when saving the file or in the docx4j?
I think the fault is in saving by MS ...

i want to modify an existing docx document from a Servlet.
The original document have an header for the first page and one for other pages.
The other pages header contains a text box with an background color.

I can take the original document five times and replace text of an org.docx4j.wml.Text element inside the header text box. Everything runs fine.
The sixt run fails, docx4j creates the document, but the header text box ...

Following some posts on this forum, I'm trying to insert XHTML into a DOCX.

I'm using the addAltChunk(ContentAccessor) method to add the XHTML to the part at a certain location. The AltCunck is wrapped by a table (and a P under the Tc) and then added to the MainDocumentPart.
I tired letting Word handle the chunk, but there seems to be an issue with it showing under a Tc (http://www.docx4java.org/forums/xhtml-import-f28/inserting-html-in-a-table-cell-t1152.html#p3965 - can anyone else ...

Is the PartsList webapp down for anyone else? The page just keeps loading until I finally get a time out.

We are seeing some formatting issues while converting documents on a Unix environment. Windows environment seems to be fine, however the same pdf logic conversion running on our Unix version seems to have some issues with font formatting.
We do not see any bold letting and some of the index numbering is in a bigger font.
We can save a docx4j created document as a pdf using Word and it all looks good.

I use docx4j to concat existing docx files, merge xml data, insert an image, ...

I have some questions :

- when concatening existing files with tables, I have to add a Br and a P (see addPageBreak method), otherwise the second page misses a line if I don't add the P -> is this normal ?

- after the concat, I just want to parse XML tree (with getJAXBNodesViaXPath) ...
