Plutext

I am testing the commerical version of word to pdf converter. Two problems are encountered:

1) It cannot select the chinese font specified in the word document - it is substituted by Airal Unicode in the output

2) Bold and italic effect on the chinese characters are lost. Only underline is supported.

Please advise if they can be resolved.

We don't support Chinese in the commercial PDF converter yet. We're working on that.

In the meantime, you might try the github.com/plutext/docx4j-export-FO alternative. It ought to select the specified Chinese font.
