Getting warning :Couldn't get resource: docx4j.properties

I am converting xhtml to docx using docx4j lib.
I have patched the docx4j libs in my ear file. I am getting warning in the log "Couldn't get resource: docx4j.properties".
How can I put the docx4j.properties file in configurable path other than classpath?
