When I create a SmartArt, the document open in a correct manner and the smartart is good but if a modify in word then save it, when i reopen the document i always get an error

does anyone have the same problem?.

I haven't seen this myself....

If you open in Word and simply save the docx without making any changes to the SmartArt, what happens?

How are you creating the SmartArt?
