questions.xsd?

Hi,
I just wanted to know if the questions.xsd has been officialy changed? Some time ago, the Response - Fixed part had several fields (like min, max, the lookup-lists had another structure, etc..) in them. In the newest version on git, these fields have disappeared, but in the questions.xsd on codeplex (WordAddIn) they still exist.
What is the current official definition of questions.xsd?
Thanx

We're working towards to new version of the spec, which will align with the questions.xsd in git.

A new and better authoring add-in will also soon be available. This authoring add-in currently uses a fixed format for the answers part though, so if you need you own XML for that, the new authoring add-in will not be suitable (which is reason to update the authoring tool on codeplex).

We're working with several users on this. Feel free to contact me off list to influence the direction.

Hi thanx,
when are you expecting to release the new specification?

The reason why i'm asking this is quite simple: in the past months i've been writing my own authoring addin together with some server code that is based on the current specification. If i deploy this addin to our users and later on the specifiaction changes any existing templates break.

New specification: mid-December.

That said, we don't anticipate any further changes to questions.xsd.

There will be some additional attributes in xpaths.xsd, related to data typing, and constraints, which you might want. Happy to email the draft to you; it will be added to git when it settles down.
