How to use / embed fonts for PDF conversion (cyrillic)
Posted: Tue Jun 04, 2013 9:52 pmI have spent hours on research now, but i can not find a way to see cyrillic characters in a generated pdf.
From docx there was a xslfo generetated. If i open that, the cyrillic characters are all ok. By converting the xslfo to pdf i get the "###" for missing characters in the pdf (of course, because the standard fonts do not have them).
So i tried to embedd the fonts in the docx (Options->Save->Embed Fonts in Document) but they will be lost in Conversion to xslfo.
So the other way would be in processing the pdf - > render from the FopFactory...BUT how can i tell the embedded FOP where are the Fonts available?
Any help would be great !
