About Word 2003 XML Converter

Hi I have tried to use the Word 2003 XML converter. I have an Exception:

Exception in thread "main" com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.IllegalAnnotationsException: 1 counts of IllegalAnnotationExceptions
There's no ObjectFactory with an @XmlElementDecl for the element {http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/word/2012/wordml}dataBinding.
   this problem is related to the following location:

May be because it's just a proof of concept

A 2003 XML document shouldn't contain dataBinding? (In Word 2010, if you save a document containing content controls in 2003 format, it will strip them)

So it would be interesting to know how your 2003 XML file was created?

Please attach it (or a simplified/sanitised test case)
