Mergedoc — unsupported document

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue with mergedoc and I'm not sure how to proceed.

Mergedoc returns

MergeDoc returned an error:Source 1 is unsupported document - contains reference to NULL image

and when I open individual generated documents, I'm getting "Word found unreadable content in .docx. Do you want to recover the contents of this document? If you trust the source of this document, click Yes". After clicking Yes, the document looks as expected.

For context, It has tables within headers/footers and there are also images in these headers/footers. I tried removing hyperlinks, but this doesn't resolve the issue. I'm using 6.1.2 of docx4j.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Regarding the first issue, could you please email me a docx which exhibits the issue?

Regarding the second, please upgrade to at least 8.2.9: announces/docx4j-8-2-9-released-following-word-updates-t2979.html

In your email you might tell us which version of Docx4j Enterprise you are using.
