[Bug] merging docx, OLEObject' ShapeID repeated

I use Plutext-Enterprise-3.2.0.1.jar to merge m3_1.docx and m3_2.docx,
result has repeat ShapeID and can not edit in MS office word except first OLEObject.

I have a fix for this now; it will be in 3.3.0.1.
